Jasper Necklace, Red, Gift for Her

Believed to hold protective and nurturing qualities, jasper is associated with the earth, home, and well being. The design for this necklace came from the forest floor - leaf litter and fallen berries - the home of woodland creatures and magik. In the centre is a stunning piece of picasso jasper in an eye catching trapezoid shape, patterned in blood red and dark greens, contrasted with rose gold coloured copper wire and a row of sparkling seed beads, I added a string of brick red jasper beads interspersed with more seed beads, and finished it with a rose gold plated clasp. Believed to hold protective and nurturing qualities, jasper is associated with the earth, home, and well being. It is often called the ‘speckled stone’because of its seemingly endless varieties of colour and patterns. Ideal gift for a nature lover!
