Information about: ORDERING & DELIVERY


The Indigo Berry website shop accepts payment via PayPal or credit card.

If you choose the Paypal option at checkout - you do not need a Paypal account, You can use your credit or debit card as a Paypal Guest. Paypal is a secure online payment service that enables you to buy online without having to disclose your financial details to the seller. For UK based customers it is a free service. If you would like to discover more about their range of services, there is lots of information on the Paypal website.



To be honest, postage costs are a bit of a minefield for a small business! I try to be fair as well as realistically covering my own costs and in all cases the P&P rates quoted are a flat rate for your whole order - I do not charge extra if you want to go a bit mad and order lots of goodies!  


There are three standard options for UK orders using Royal Mail (and a standard FREE delivery/collection for orders within the Isle of Skye area) 

UK 2nd class £3.50 - please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

UK 1st class £5.00 - please allow 2-3 working days for delivery 

UK Special Delivery £8.00 - this is a tracked option - please allow 2-3 working days

If you are ordering for delivery in the Isle of Skye, I am happy to arrange delivery or a pick up point locally FREE of charge - simply choose the Isle of Skye order option at the check out and I will contact you.  

For International Orders including USA, Canada and Europe I use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service - £18.00 


Once your order is received, it will be lovingly wrapped in tissue and placed in an organza bag/ and or gift boxed, along with a thank you note. For Handcrafted silver items, your order will include information about the creative process and all gemstone jewellery items include information on the gemstones used.  Your order will be posted to you in a secure bubble wrap bag within 1-2 working days. I do try and make use of recycled packaging where possible. An email will be sent to you confirming dispatch.


If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order - don't panic! As long as you contact me as soon as possible, cancellations are perfectly easy. I do ask that you contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.


I am committed to ensuring that you are totally happy with your Indigo Berry purchase. I put a lot of love into my work and each piece is special. I make every effort to ensure that the photographs of the items on the Indigo Berry website accurately depict each piece of Indigo Berry jewellery, and that the ordering process goes smoothly.

If however, for any reason you are not happy with your order when you have received it, please email me immediately outlining your concerns. We can then work together to agree a solution.


If a refund is the agreed solution, payment will be made after you post your item back, and that item is received. In this circumstance I would respectfully ask that you cover the costs of the return postage. If you have a Paypal account you are also covered by Paypal Buyer Protection.
