What type of information does the Indigo Berry website collect?

 

To provide you with services, I need to collect a variety of information (data) including some which is classed as Personal Information.This may be provided by you from your use of the Indigo Berry website, or from other sources.

The Indigo Berry website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides Indigo Berry with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

I share your personal information for very limited reasons, and in limited circumstances, as follows:

• to third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to my shop. An example might be delivery companies.  I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

• if I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

• I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or to government requests; enforce my agreements, terms and policies; prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

 

How does Indigo Berry communicate with site visitors? 

 

I may contact you to notify you regarding your order, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about Indigo Berry, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
